Our Story
Raising quality beef isn’t new to us, but offering it directly to local families is.
We wanted to cut out the middlemen and focus on what matters: healthy, flavorful beef from a source you can trust.
We’re not a big outfit. Just a couple of families working hard to raise great beef and treat people right.

Clint & Mary
We’re Clint and Mary. We were both raised in Rockdale, moved away for a while, and eventually found our way back home—right where we belong.
These days, we run the ranch together, side by side, with help from our kids and grandkids. They’re learning the ropes just like we did—one fence line, one feed run, one calf at a time.
For us, ranching isn’t just about beef. It’s about doing things the right way, raising animals with care, and building something worth passing down. We’re proud to be back in the community that raised us, doing what we love and sharing it with others.
How We Raise Our Beef
At CCM Beef, our Angus cattle are raised start to finish on our Rockdale ranch in Milam County, Texas. They graze on open pasture year-round and are never sent to a feedlot. Before processing, we introduce a custom feed blend we make ourselves — not a commercial mix — to add natural marbling and rich flavor while keeping them healthy and comfortable right here at home.
We don’t use hormones, and we rely only on standard veterinary care when needed. Every animal is processed locally at Hometown Meat Market under full USDA inspection, ensuring quality, freshness, and traceability from our ranch to your freezer.
