Our beef is raised right here in Rockdale and processed locally at a USDA-inspected facility. Every cut is flash frozen and packaged for easy storage.
📦 Final cost is based on hanging weight and confirmed prior to pickup.

Please note: Orders are filled in the order deposits are received. Because each animal is processed whole, it may take additional customers reserving other portions before your order is ready. If you’d like, you can even reserve together with friends or family to complete a whole animal more quickly.
